Have a foam roller? You can do more on it than just painfully roll out those sore muscles šŸ¤šŸ» Dips, push-ups even abs become more challenging due to the instability. I just donā€™t recommend trying the ā€˜log rollā€™ where you run on it like a lumberjackā€¦or like my kids do šŸ¤­
