Here’s how it works – complete the circuits 5 times through total. No rest between exercises but after each circuit round 30-60 second rest or active recovery 😉

Round 1: 10 reps of each exercise
Round 2: 20 reps of each exercise
Round 3: 30 reps of each exercise
Round 4: 20 reps of each exercise
Round 5: 10 reps of each exercise

-Run up the BOSU (no BOSU? do jacks)
-Burpees
-Mountain Climbers
-Reverse Lunge with Bicep Curl
-Reverse Lunge with Lat Raise
-Jump On & Off the BOSU (no BOSU? so squat jumps)
-Frog Jumps
-Push-Ups
-Plank Jacks
