Our 28-day workout accountability-challenge plus accompanying weekly meal plans will give you the perfect motivation to get “rock your resolution”!


⭐️HOW DO I SIGN-UP?
You don’t! We make it e-a-s-y. If you subscribe to VIRTUAL PSF, you are automatically included in our challenge!

⭐️WHERE SHOULD I START?
Start by accessing our FREE Week 1 Meal Plan so you can shop & prep before Monday and by also saving our Bonus Challenge Calendar Card to your phone so you can post your progress in your Instagram story!

⭐️HOW DO I STAY ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY WORKOUTS?
We will track your Virtual PSF attendance January 3rd – 30th.

⭐️HOW IN THE WORLD WILL WE DO THAT?
We will ONLY keep track of post-workout comments on the saved IGTV workout videos (will NOT be counting LIKES so make sure to comment…your comment can be anything…at a loss?…use this emoji 💪🏻)

PLEASE NOTE: We record for that DAY so if you do ‘yesterday’s workout’ the next morning, you get ‘credit’ for when you did the workout/commented and NOT when we posted the workout (i.e. you do Monday’s workout on Tuesday morning, you get credit for Tuesday)

You should also use our awesome Bonus Challenge Calendar Card to keep track and to stay motivated since we might accidentally miss a few! (see examples in our Instagram story!)

⭐️CAN I COMMENT DURING THE LIVE WORKOUT?
Sure! …but it WON’T count…the LIVE comments are only visible during the workout and I am busy….well…teaching & working out 😜 So when it’s over, either (1) send that pic -OR- (2) comment once the saved video uploads and MOST IMPORTANTLY use our awesome Bonus Challenge Calendar Card to keep track!

⭐️IF I POST OR SEND YOU A PHOTO DOES THAT COUNT?
PLEASE continue to post and tag us as well as send us photos, BUT for the challenge recording ONLY comments on saved IGTV workouts are counted!

⭐️WHAT IS THE GOAL?
Rockstar status is of course completing Virtual PSF workouts EVERY DAY during the 28-day challenge HOWEVER we think a minimum of 24 days is pretty spectacular too! Got a busy schedule? Perfect! Virtual PSF is super convenient and accessible…remember consistency is key!

⭐️HOW DO I VIEW MY PROGRESS?
We will post a leaderboard at @virtualPSF every so often 🙌🏻

⭐️WHAT ABOUT NUTRITION?
We will be emailing out our weekly meal plans the Thursday before the following week so you can prep & shop! You can access your Week 1 Meal Plan NOW! We also love posting on @virtualPSF recipes & other fun foodie-tidbits so be on the lookout!
Lastly, get ready for daily tips, tricks, & bonus recipes on our sister Instagram @psfbeyondthestudio – so make sure to follow us there!

⭐️HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST?
Unlike most other studios, our challenge (and it’s accompanying killer motivation!) is completely FREE to Virtual PSF subscribers!

Access the Week 1 Meal Plan so you can prep & shop NOW! Make sure you take Virtual PSF classes (& comment!) MONDAY, JANUARY 3RD…DAY 1!

⭐️ONE LAST QUESTION…DO IN-PERSON PSF CLASSES COUNT?
Of course! So check the PSF app & sign-up – we will automatically mark you down but of course, also record on your Bonus Challenge Calendar Card 👍🏻
