We offer dynamic virtual classes in HIIT, Sculpting, Interval Training, Barre, Core, Stretch, Cardiobox & MORE! …best of all, little to no equipment is ever required!
Our virtual classes range in length: 10-30 minutes. Easily combine multiple workouts to create a longer session! The amount of effective fitness we offer within each timeframe is phenomenal. At PSF you will never waste a minute of your time – we guarantee it!
